How to update your team's time-based plan

1️⃣ Open Viva Translate web application - or click here;

2️⃣ Go to "My Dashboard" and click "Manage Subscription" - For adding extra hours, check here!;

3️⃣ Adjust the number of team members;

4️⃣ Set new monthly hours per user;

5️⃣ Tap "Update Subscription" - We'll use your saved payment info;

6️⃣ Done! Your plan is updated.

💡 Note: Upgrades are charged immediately using your registered method. Downgrades are scheduled for the next payment cycle.
