Step-by-step guide to buy extra hours for an Time-Based Plan on Viva Translate:
1️⃣ Open the Viva Translate web app - or click here
2️⃣ Find and select "My Dashboard" and click on "Manage subscription" - To purchase extra hours, an active Viva Translate plan is mandatory!;
3️⃣ Look for the "Add hours" button and click on it;
4️⃣ Decide how many extra hours you need and select it;
5️⃣ Once decided, hit on "Add hours" again - The charge will be made to your already saved card details;
6️⃣ All done! Your plan now has additional hours.
❗Remember: The extra hours are in line with your plan's billing cycle. They will expire on the date of next plan renewal.
