  2. 💻 Install the Application: Find the downloaded package on your computer and run it to install the application.

  3. 🚀 Launch and Sign Up: Open the application and follow the instructions to log in or create your Viva Translate account.

  4. 📋 Copy the Microsoft Teams Meeting Link: Get the Microsoft Teams meeting link that you want to transcribe.

  5. 🔗 Paste the Meeting Link into the Viva Application: In the Viva application, paste the Teams meeting link into the designated field.

  6. ⏳ Wait for the Viva AI Assistant to Join: Allow about 30 seconds for the Viva AI Assistant Bot to join the meeting.

  7. 📝 Start Transcription: Viva begins transcribing the meeting in real time within the application.
